Fall 2019 – Biannual Meeting

The Biannual Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Suites Chicago O’Hare, November 14-15, 2019.  Attendance is limited to members of the Industry Advisory Board (and representatives from member companies), center faculty, students, staff, and invited guests.  All attendees must register for the meeting.

The Center for Computational Biotechnology and Genomic Medicine (CCBGM) brings together the engineering and genomic biology strengths of the University of Illinois with the world-class expertise in individualized medicine and clinical research and practice of the Mayo Clinic to work on computationally challenging projects that use artificial intelligence, machine learning and system innovation to address “real-life” problems of interest to both industry and academia. CCBGM is funded by the NSF as an Industry/University Cooperative Research Center (I/UCRC) which encourages pre-competitive fundamental research in science, engineering, and technology by developing partnerships between industry, academia, and government.
