Nicholas Chia is an Associate Director for the Microbiome Program in the Center for Individualized Medicine (CIM) and an Assistant Professor. He leads the microbiome analysis activities at Mayo and holds appointments in the Depts. of Surgery, Health Sciences Research, and Biomedical Engineering. His research focuses on both creation of novel techniques and the high-throughput multiomics approach to modeling in systems biology, including metabolic and community-based modeling.
