Liudmila Sergeevna Mainzer is a Senior Research Scientist at the National Center for Supercomputer Applications and a Research Assistant Professor at the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology, in the High-Performance Biological Computing Group. With a background in biophysics and computational biology, she is currently studying performance of high-throughput bioinformatics workflows on computer clusters.
