Wen-mei W. Hwu is Professor and Sanders-AMD Endowed Chair in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Chief Scientist of the Parallel Computing Institute, co-founder/CTO of MulticoreWare, and one of the PIs of the NSF Blue Waters Petascale project. His research interests are in architecture, implementation, compilation, and algorithms for parallel computing.
