Biography

Eric Klee is Lead Bioinformatician for the Clinomics Program in the Center for Individualized Medicine (CIM) and Co-Director and Head of Bioinformatics for the Clinical Genome Sequencing Laboratory (CGSL). He is Assistant Professor of Medical Informatics at Mayo, with appointments in the Dept. of Health Sciences Research and Dept. of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology. He holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in health informatics. His research focuses on emerging technologies to improve clinical care of patients by identifying solutions for analysis, interpretation, and delivery of next-generation sequencing results associated with clinical diagnostics.
